Dave's got a cappella music to thank for a lot of joy during his short tenure on this planet. His wife-to-be sauntered into his life thanks to his a cappella obsession. She left a tiny missive enscribed upon one yellow Post-It (TM) note in the tip hat after hearing him sing at a farmer's market. Dave Bender -who's biography you are not to believe a word of- was the kind, gentle soul who delivered this fateful correspondence to Dave's cash-stained fingers.
After leaving Street Corner Symphony in Bender's capable hands, he graduated to St. Louis' semi-pro, totally tres quintet, Mach I.
